即時焊點監測與修復系統介紹

焊點影像辨識系統透過 3D 影像感測與智慧化演算法,即時監測每一次焊接過程。系統能在焊槍加壓、第一次焊接到火花生成的瞬間,快速進行視覺檢測與虛擬量測,準確判定焊點是否異常。若偵測到不良焊點,機器手臂可立即執行二次補焊,並自動修正 XYZ 座標,以維持焊接品質穩定。

The system uses 3D imaging and intelligent algorithms to monitor welding in real time. It detects abnormalities during the first weld and immediately triggers corrective re-welding with automatic XYZ adjustment to ensure consistent weld quality.

利用 ToF 深度攝影機與智慧影像演算法,系統可對每個焊點建立高解析度的 3D 特徵模型,並即時比對焊接品質。這項技術不僅可減少人工抽檢的時間,同時降低因焊接偏差造成的製程停機與返工。透過 100% 全線檢測,能讓每個焊點的品質符合標準,顯著提升整體製程效率與一致性。

Using ToF depth sensing and AI recognition, the system builds accurate 3D weld profiles and performs 100% in-line inspection. This reduces manual checks, minimizes rework, and significantly improves production efficiency and process stability.

完整焊接數據追溯與製造品質管理

系統會自動儲存每個焊接點的 3D 影像、修復記錄、座標位置與檢測結果,形成完整的焊接數據史。這些資料可用於製程改善、設備優化與後續追溯,提高品質管理透明度。企業可透過數據分析找出焊接異常原因,實現更高的產品良率與全面性的製造品質控管。

Each weld’s 3D image, repair record, coordinates, and inspection results are stored for full traceability. This data supports process optimization, quality analysis, and long-term product reliability, enabling stronger manufacturing quality management.
